Your Microsoft account dashboard is where you manage your Microsoft account and any Microsoft products associated with this account. In the top navigation header of the control panel, select Service Subscriptions %26.This is where you can see all of the Microsoft products associated with this account. Select a link below to get the help you need to manage your Microsoft subscription. Go to Service Subscriptions %26 and sign in with the Microsoft account you used to purchase the subscription.
It's important to use that account. Search for your subscription and select Manage. On the My Account page, select Subscriptions. Go to the %26 Services subscriptions page.
If you see a circular arrow, it means that your subscription is set up for recurring billing, unless you turn off recurring billing or cancel it beforehand. On the next page, select Cancel (or it may say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on the type of subscription). In some cases, an administrator may need to add a Microsoft 365 plan or switch you to a Microsoft 365 plan that includes the services you need. If you have a problem with Microsoft 365 (for example, if you can't use or install Office on a device), it may be that you don't have the necessary license to enable that service, or you don't have a subscription that includes the desktop applications that require installation.
You'll see the services for which you have a license to use, such as the latest desktop version of Office, SharePoint in Microsoft 365 or OneDrive for work or school, and Exchange Online. To view the Office for Home products that you have a license for, sign in with your Microsoft account under Services and Subscriptions.
